A commercial operator with a systems lens.
Walter’s Revenue brings together product marketing, customer and marketplace operations, CRM and emerging automation practices.
Why Walter’s Revenue exists
Teams often have a strategy, a CRM, a collection of tools and a set of customer promises, yet the links between them are hard to see. Walter’s Revenue is a marketing professional practice and working platform for making those links more useful.
My approach starts with the customer and the operating context. I look at how value is explained, how work moves across teams and systems, where information gets lost, and what a better process would make possible.
Artificial intelligence is part of that work, with a focus on practical agents, orchestration and automation. The goal is to make a workflow more capable while preserving clear ownership, review and recovery.
What I bring to a team
- A bridge between marketing intent and operational execution.
- Comfort working across product, customer, platform and partner contexts.
- Structured thinking about CRM and workflow design.
- Curiosity about applied AI, paired with attention to reliability and human judgment.
- A habit of documenting and sharing practical lessons through long-form writing.
